What are the key features of our logistics software?

Tracking of container and trailer movements

Tracks gate In / gate Out operations, validates ILU codes, and records container damage with photos and exact location. It logs license plates, drivers, and carriers. With smart suggestions based on stored data and the option to block container release in specific cases. Fast, accurate, and reliable.

Full process
automation

Automation simplifies terminal operations with smart form pre-filling, data integration, and reduced errors. Real-time oversight via plate/container recognition, self-service kiosks for drivers, and apps for staff and drivers ensure smooth workflows.

Smart train
management

The system streamlines the entire train handling process. From arrivals and customs data to wagon details and load tracking. Operators can assign cargo to outbound trains, monitor weights and axle loads, and export waybills in CIM format.

Drivers and operators can easily connect to the system via app and view an overview of a yard. For example, loading, putting on a train, pulling, moving a container.

Container positioning and visualization

Operators have full visibility with real-time location tracking and smart relocation via a coordinate grid. Containers can be grouped by quality, type, or shipper for efficient handling.

Container customs
control

It can automatically block the release of uncleared cargo. Customs staff work via a dedicated web app to upload documents, confirm clearance, and manage container statuses.

Notifications

Notifications are designed to inform the relevant users of the current status. In the event that a user action is required, the notification contains a relevant button to guide the user to the necessary step. For example, when a driver arrives at the check-in with a load, the notification will directly offer the option to start the gate In process.

Export and import

The system enables the export of detailed reports of movements, waybills and CIM train documents in Excel format. Train rosters and billing documents can also be exported, with XML export available for ČD Cargo. It also offers damage reports and ITU acceptance or removal by road in PDF format, providing complete documentation of all processes.
